Callflow Analysis based on the Speech Transcription Technology

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá kontrolou dialogu v nahrávkách založenou na přepisu řeči. Kontrola je prováděna nástrojem Callflow, jehož dřívější verze pracovala nad výstupem z keyword spotting. Práce rozšiřuje tento nástroj o možnost pracovat nad výstupem z přepisu řeči, který je indexován do Elasticsearch. Abstract:
This diploma thesis is about a dialog analysis and verification based on speech to text. This is done by Callfow tool where the earlier version was implemented with using an output from keyword spotting. This thesis extends this tool to be able to works with speech to text where the output is indexed into Elasticsearch.
