Quality of assistance in Klatovy from the perspective of the providers and the users

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřená na Osobní asistenci v Klatovech. Cílem je zjištění úrovně této terénní služby z pohledu klientů, osobních asistentů a poskytovatele. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení základních pojmů převážně ze speciální pedagogiky, které umožňují pochopení a návaznost praktické části. Praktická část je tvořena metodologií výzkumu a výzkumem samotným. Je využito kvantitativní metody prostřednictvím dotazníku a metody kvalitativní v podobě rozhovoru. Dále je praktická část doplněna o 4 kazuistiky. Pomocí použitých metod jsou zodpovězeny otázky kladené v úvodu, které směřují ke zjištění spokojenosti se službou.

Abstract:

This work is focused on Personal assistance in Klatovy. The goal is to find out about the quality of the terrain service from the point of view of clients, personal assistants, and the provider. The theoretical part is concerned with setting basic terms especially from special pedagogy, which help better understanding of the practical part, that follows. The practical part consists of methodology of the research itself .A quantitative method is used in a questionnaire and a qualitative method in an interview. Four case histories are also included in the practical part. With the help of these used methods, the questions stated at the beginning of the work, whose aim is to find out contentment with the service, are answered.
