Economic evaluation of the investments to the fixed assets

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investičního projektu a to do fotovoltaické elektrárny pomocí vybraných metod. Teoretická část je zaměřena na všeobecnou charakteristiku investičního plánování, určení nákladů na kapitál, výčet jednotlivých metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic, zdroje financování, určení vlivu daní a inflace na investiční rozhodování a na analýzu a řízení rizika investičního projektu. V praktické části je řešen projekt společnosti VIAMONT a.s. a její investice do fotovoltaické elektrárny o výkonu 1684,4 kWp v Újezdečku. Na daný projekt jsou aplikovány vybrané metody hodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny získané výsledky měření a hodnocení efektivnosti investice a posouzení variant uvedení elektrárny do provozu v roce 2009, 2010 nebo 2011.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis is to evaluate the economical effectiveness of the investment project of photovoltaic power station using selected methods. The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of the investment planning, determination of cost of capital, specification of particular methods of the investment effectiveness evaluation, financial resources, determination of tax and inflation effects on investment decisions and analysis and control of risk on investment project. In the practical part is solved project of the company VIAMONT a.s. and its investment into the photovoltaic power station with 1684,4 kWp rated output in Újezdeček. There are aplicated selected methods of the investment effectiveness evaluation in this project. In the conclusion are reviewed obtained results about measurement and investment effectiveness evaluation and assesment of the variations in the case of running power station in 2009,2010 or 2011.
