Abstract:
Ve své práci se zaměřuji na problematiku systému řízení pohledávek v podniku. V první části se zabývám teorií na téma pohledávky, a to od vzniku pohledávky až po její zaniknutí. V druhé polovině mé práce se zaměřuji na systém řízení pohledávek v konkrétní společnosti, kterou jsem si zvolil. Vzhledem k přání společnosti, které respektuji, nebude tato společnost jmenována. In my thesis I deal with system of claim management in an enterprise. The first part deals with the theory of claims, from the time of origin of the claim until its extinction. The second part is focused on the management of receivables in a particular company. Due to the wishes of the company which I respect, this company will not be named.
