Rozvoj moderních multidetektorových CT přístrojů zásadním způsobem rozšířil možnosti neinvazivní diagnostiky cévního systému a CT angiografie ve většině případů nahradila invazivní digitální subtrakční angiografii. The development of modern multidetector CT significantly expanded the possibilities of non-invasive diagnostic vascular system and CT angiography in most cases replacing invasive digital subtraction angiography.
