Práce se zabývá institutem manželství, primárně pak problematikou jeho vzniku a zániku, za aplikace současné právní úpravy, místy s komparací s právní úpravou předchozí. The work deals with the institution of marriage, primarily the issue of creation and destruction from the point of view of current legislation including a comparison with the previous legislation. In the first part the author brings the concept and essence of marriage.
