Slime mold (Myxomycetes) around the village Zubrnice in the Central Bohemian Uplands
Abstract:
Od dubna do podzimu 2016 proběhl průzkum zastoupení hlenek v okolí obce Zubrnice v Českém středohoří. Bylo zaznamenáno 30 druhů hlenek, z toho 18 bylo nalezeno přímo na studované lokalitě a 14 bylo vypěstováno ve vlhkých komůrkách. Mezi nejčastěji nacházené druhy patří Arcyria cinerea, Stemonitis fusca, Lycogala epidendrum a zástupci rodu Trichia. Součástí práce je také rešerše o vybraných medicínských …more
Abstract:
Since April 2016 to November 2016 the survey of slime molds around the village Zubrnice in the Central Bohemian Uplands had taken place. 30 species of slime molds were recorded, of which 18 were found in the studied area and 14 species were recorded as a result of mois chambers cultivation.
