Abstract:
Two wetland plants, Phalaris arundinacea and Carex canescens are grown in nutrient rich- and poor, as well as water saturated soils. In a mesocosm experiment, chlorophyll, photosynthesis, biomass and stem characteristics were monitored during the growing period to obtain information about their varying response to nutrient addition.Abstract:
