Treatment of age-related macular degeneration
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá léčbou věkem podmíněné makulární degenerace. V úvodu je popsána základní stavba sítnice. Dále jsou popsány formy tohoto onemocnění a dostupné způsoby léčby s důrazem na význam rheoferézy při léčení.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. The fisrt part describes basic retinal structure. Further described are the forms of the disease and available therapies with emphasis on the importance of rheopheresis in the treatment.
