Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá diskriminací na pracovním trhu. Cílem práce je podat souhrnný náhled na problematiku diskriminace na pracovním trhu v České republice. Analyzovat diskriminaci na základě pohlaví, věku, rasy a sexuální orientace. Teoretická část popisuje základní pojmy týkající se diskriminace a také právní úpravu diskriminace. Theme of this thesis is the labor market discrimination. The aim is to give a comprehensive view on the issue of discrimination in the labor market in the Czech Republic, to analyze the discrimination based on sex, age, race and sexual orientation.
