Práce se zabývá německými zemskými volebními systémy a pozicí přesahujících mandátů, které jsou přítomny v zemích používajících personalizovaný proporční systém. Po krátkém shrnutí volebních systémů v jednotlivých zemích následuje rozbor věnující se dvěma problematikám. The thesis examines the German state electoral systems and the position of overhanging mandates present in states using the MMP system. A summary of the electoral system in each state is followed by an analysis focusing on two issues.
