Práce se zaměřuje na téma diastázy přímého svalu břišního u mužského pohlaví vrůzných věkových kategoriích. Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit efektivitu fyzioterapie, která se řadí ke konzervativním metodám. Teoretická část pojednává ovlivu diastázy na lidské tělo, režimových opatřeních a fyzioterapeutických metodách včetně autoterapie pro domácí cvičení. This bachelor thesis focuses on diastasis of abdominal muscles in men in a different age categories. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate effectiveness of physiotherapy, which is classified as a conservative method.
