Controlling as an instrument for management and evaluation of projects

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá controllingem při jeho využití v projektově orientovaném podniku. Teoreticko-metodická část práce seznamuje s významem a potřebou controllingu pro podnik, všeobecnými cíli controllingu, způsoby začleňování controllingu, jeho současným vývojem, funkcí controllera, projektovým controllingem, a také reportingem, jako důležitou částí controllingu. V praktické části práce jsou aplikovány prostředky finanční analýzy ke zjištění stavu zkoumané společnosti. Je popsán způsob možného využívání projektových controllingových nástrojů ve společnosti a návrh na jejich vylepšení.

Abstract:

Thesis deals with the controlling and its use in the project-oriented company. Theoretical and methodological part acquaints with the importance and the need of controlling for company, general goals of the controlling, ways of inclusion of the controlling, contemporary development of the controlling, function of the controller, project controlling and also the reporting as an important part of controlling. In the practical part of the thesis agents applied financial analysis to determine the status of the investigated company. It describes how the possible use of project controlling instruments in the company and proposing improvements.
