The aim of this Bachelor thesis was to realize analysis of team working and its effect on increasing labour productivity in the advertising agency Kaspen/Jung von Matt. In the teoretical part I discussed especially about the principles of teamwork, effective teamwork and factors, which can influence effective teamwork.
