Tato práce nabízí komplexní postihnutí trestného činu zanedbání povinné výživy podle § 196 trestního zákoníku. Za tímto účelem je nejprve provedena detailní a kritická analýza právní úpravy daného trestného činu, přičemž nejsou opomenuty ani soukromoprávní souvislosti. This work offers a comprehensive analysis of the crime of neglect of mandatory nutrition according to § 196 of the Criminal Code. For this purpose, a detailed and critical analysis of the legal regulation of the given criminal offense is carried out, while private law connections are not neglected either.
