Postavení Romů na trhu práce na Děčínsku.

The position of disadvantaged groups in the labor market.

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zabývám trhem práce a nezaměstnaností s ohledem na regionální dispozici Děčínska a cílovou skupinu romského etnika. Cílem práce je zhodnocení postavení Romů na trhu práce, zjištění příčin dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti Romů a možné návrhy řešení inkluze Romů na trh práce v dané lokalitě. Ke zjištění potřebných informací bylo nutné provést výzkumné šetření, které následnou analýzou dopomohlo k objasnění příčin dlouhodobé nezaměstnanosti Romů na Děčínsku a vyvození možných řešení.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis I deal with the labour market and unemployment with regard to the regional disposition of the Děčín region and the target group of the Roma ethnic group. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the position of Roma on the labour market, to identify the causes of long-term unemployment of Roma and to propose possible solutions for the inclusion of Roma on the labour market in the given locality. In order to find out the necessary information, it was necessary to conduct a research investigation, which, through subsequent analysis, helped to clarify the causes of long-term unemployment of Roma in the Děčín region and to draw possible solutions.
