Anotace Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám postavením žen na trhu práce. Toto téma je v dnešní době velice diskutované. Řeší se otázka, zda je postavení žen na trhu práce opravdu tak znevýhodněné. V práci se zabývám postavením žen v minulosti, současnosti, zabývám se jejich vzděláním, zaměstnáním, diskriminací a obtěžováním na pracovišti, platovými podmínkami.
