Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá osobností logistického manažera a základní problematikou logistiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy z oblasti logistiky a osobnosti manažera. Praktická část se zaměřuje na ověření kompetencí logis-tického manažera při zavádění systému KANBAN formou projektu.
Abstract:
The bachelor´s thesis is concerned with the personality of logistics manager and fundamental issues of logistics. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the first part there are described basic terms from logistics and manager´s personality. The practical part is focused on a verification of authorities of a logistics manager when implementing a KANBAN system.
