Endokanabinoidní systém jako farmakoterapeutický cíl.
Endocannabinoid system as a pharmacotheraputic target.
Abstract:
Kanabinoidní receptory (CBR) se nacházejí především na buňkách nervového a imunitního systému a jsou aktivovány vazbou ligandů endogenního i exogenního původu. Je obecně přijímáno, že aktivace centrálního kanabinoidního receptoru (CB1) má neuroprotektivní účinky, pomáhá zachovat homeostázu nervové tkáně a regulace endokanabinoidního systému (ECS) je slibným přístupem v terapii neurologických poruch …moreAbstract:
Cannabinoid receptors (CBR) are mainly distributed on nervous and immune cells and they are activated upon binding of ligands of both endogennous and exogennous nature. It is generally accepted that activation of central cannabinoid receptor (CB1) possesses neuroprotective properties, helps maintain homeostasis and therefore regulation of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) is a promising approach in …more
