The assessment of educational needs in reproductive health of girls and boys

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá úrovní informovanosti dívek a chlapců na základní škole v oblasti reprodukčního zdraví. Sběr dat byl proveden na základní škole formou dotazníkového šetření. Žákům byl přednesen edukační projekt na základě témat, která si sami vybrali. Po edukaci následovalo vyplnění vědomostního dotazníku. Vyhodnocení výsledků ukázalo značné rozdíly mezi žáky osmé a deváté třídy. Žáci osmé třídy měli velmi špatné výsledky, a proto jim byla věnována další hodina, která proběhla formou hry. Zjištěním této bakalářské práce tedy bylo, že je důležitá nejen osobnost vyučujícího, ale i forma výuky.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the educational needs of girls and boys at elementary school in the area of reproductive health. Data have been collected at an elementary school in a form of a questionnaire survey. Students were given an educational project based on topics they had chosen. The educational project was followed by a knowledge questionnaire. Evaluation results showed significant differences between pupils of the eighth and ninth grade. The eighth grade students had very poor results and therefore they sit one more educational lesson, prepared as a game. The conclusions was that the from of teaching is important as well as a personality of the teacher.
