Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy začínajícího učitele. Cílem práce je zjistit, s čím se potkávají začínající učitelé při vstupu do školy, jak tyto situace dokážou řešit a kdo nebo co jim v tom nejvíce pomáhá. Práce je pojata jako teoreticko-empirická. This thesis deals with the problems of the beginning teachers. The aim of this work is to find out, what the mentioned beginning teachers have to deal with, when they start to work in the school, how they are able to deal with these special situations and which factors are the most helpful for them.
