Abstract:

BARAN, Jozef: Particularities of supplies into retail chains. [Bachelor´s thesis]. Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Department of law and social sciences. Supervisor of the thesis: Ing. Milan Hudec. Year of habilitation: 2012. Number of pages: 62. The thesis is aimed at questions relating to acting of retail chains on a market, emphasising their relations with suppliers of goods. It shows some particular conditions which should be taken into account while closing contracts with the suppliers, planning of deliveries of the goods, possibilities of improving own negotiating position and other relative questions. The aim of the thesis is to describe the particularities related to the supplying and delivering of the goods into the retail chains. First chapter of the thesis contains basic theory connected with the term “chain store “, it presents history of the retail chains both abroad and in current territory of Slovakia. Second chapter analyses the acting of the retail chains from the point of their status in business relations between suppliers and purchasers. It mainly focuses on specific measures used by the retail chains for reaching the target market position and succeeding in the market competition. Part of this chapter presents a brief look on recurrence of legislative regulation of retail chains and their practices. The last chapter is aimed at the deliveries of goods into retail chains in practise and points out the main aspects which have to be considered so as this process works duly. Regarding the various sorts of retail chains existing, the thesis focuses on the retail chains mostly selling the food – stuffs.

Vedúci práce: Ing. Milan Hudec. Rok obhajoby: 2012. Počet strán: 62. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou pôsobenia obchodných reťazcov na trhu s dôrazom na orientáciu na ich vzťahy s dodávateľmi tovarov. Poukazuje na určité osobitné okolnosti, ktoré je potrebné brať do úvahy pri dojednávaní zmlúv s dodávateľmi, pri plánovaní dodávok, možnosti zlepšovania vyjednávacej pozície a súvisiace otázky. Cieľom práce je popísať špecifickú problematiku dodávok tovarov do obchodných reťazcov. Prvá kapitola práce obsahuje teoretické vymedzenie pojmu obchodného reťazca, prináša pohľad do histórie obchodných reťazcov vo svete aj na našom území. Druhá kapitola analyzuje problematiku pôsobenia reťazcov z pohľadu ich postavenia v rámci dodávateľsko – odberateľských vzťahov. Zameriava sa predovšetkým na špecifické nástroje, ktoré reťazce využívajú aby dosiahli sledovanú pozíciu na trhu a uspeli v konkurenčnom boji. Časť kapitoly sa venuje aj snahám o legislatívne obmedzenie niektorých aktivít obchodných reťazcov. Tretia kapitola práce je zameraná na dodávky tovarov do obchodných reťazcov v praxi a upozorňuje na niektoré aspekty, ktoré musia byť brané do úvahy, aby tento proces prebiehal bezproblémovo. Vzhľadom na rôznorodosť typov obchodných reťazcov sa bakalárska práca sústreďuje na reťazce maloobchodných predajní prevažne potravinového tovaru.
