Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na Leniency programme, tj. program shovívavosti, jeho vývoj, využití a principy. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit pozitivní efekty programu v Evropské Unii a v České Republice.
Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis concentrates on the Leniency Programme, its establishment, use, and the principles. The objective of the Thesis is to evaluate the positive effects of the programme in the EU and the Czech Republic.
