Tato disertační práce je zaměřena na zkoumání regulace rostlinných telomeráz. Regulace telomeráz Arabidopsis thaliana, Solanum lycopersicum a Solanum tuberosum byly prozkoumány pomocí konstruktů obsahujících různé části promotoru genu TERT. Abstract:
This Ph.D. thesis is focused on investigating the regulation of plant telomerases, especially of Arabidopsis thaliana, Solanum lycopersicum and Solanum tuberosum telomerase using various Arabidopsis and Solanum TERT promoter constructs.
