The Court of justice of the European Union and its preferences in energy policy
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá preferencemi Soudního dvora Evropské unie při rozhodování případů v oblasti energetiky. Poukazuje na principy, které Soudní dvůr Evropské unie prosazuje a pokouší se jeho rozhodnutí zařadit k supranacionálnímu nebo intergovernmentálnímu paradigmatu.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the preferences of the Court of Justice of the European Union in energy policy cases. It points out principles, which the Court of Justice of the European Union asserts and also tries to match the Court's decisions with intergovernmental or supranational paradigm.
