Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje metodě CRISPR/Cas9. Jedná se o jednu z metod genového inženýrství současné doby, která k vyhledání a navázání se na cílovou sekvenci využívá krátkou sekvenci RNA. Pro jednoduchost přípravy a relativně vysokou přesnost úpravy genomu se tato metoda využívá i k modifikacím kmenových buněk. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis examines the CRISPR/Cas9 method. This method is one of the methods of genome engineering, which use short RNA sequence for searching and binding on the target sequence. Its simple preparation and relatively high precision is the reason why the method is used for the genetic modifications of stem cells.
