Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou rostlin čeledi růžovité a jejich antioxidačními vlastnostmi. Teoretická část je zaměřena na popis vybraných rostlin (řepík lékařský, kontryhel obecný, jahodník obecný, ostružiník křovitý), antioxidantů a metody stanovení antioxidačního účinku. The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of Rosaceae family plants and their antioxidant properties. The theoretical part focuses on the description of selected plants (agrimony, lady's mantle plant, strawberry and blackberry plants), antioxidants and methods for determining the antioxidant effect.
