Cílem této diplomové práce byla identifikace procesů řízení vybraného úseku, vybraného hotelu a namodelování jejich popisu formou procesních modelů podle metodiky ARIS. Pro tuto práci byly zvoleny procesy, které musel zvolený hotel podstatně upravit v rámci propuknutí pandemie Covid - 19. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was to identify the management processes of a selected section, a selected hotel and to model their description in the form of process models according to the ARIS methodology. Processes were chosen for this work, which the chosen hotel had to substantially modify during the outbreak of the Covid - 19 pandemic.
