Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje managementu kvality ve zdravotnictví. V rámci práce je proveden návrh implementace systému řízení kvality ve shodě s normou ISO 9001, který je potom na vybraném zdravotním zařízení částečně aplikován.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on quality management in healthcare. Within the scope of the thesis, a proposal for the implementation of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 is made, which is then partially applied in a selected healthcare facility.
