Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit systém vzdělávání na MPSV, odboru řízení pomoci z ESF. Teoretická část se zabývá významem firemního vzdělávání, motivací a jeho přínosy. Aplikační část analyzuje celkový systém vzdělávání, a to jak z celkového pohledu, tak z pohledu nově nastupujícího zaměstnance do oddělení finančního řízení a plateb na pozici finanční manažer.
