Incarceration crisis

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Krize z uvěznění si klade za cíl porovnat fenomén krize z uvěznění v kontextu různých vězeňských zařízení. Teoretická část práce bude věnována příčinám, projevům a důsledkům krize z uvěznění s ohledem na lišící se formy uvěznění. Praktická část bude zaměřená na průzkum odlišností subjektivního prožívání krize mezi obviněnými a odsouzenými.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis Crisis of incarceration aims to compare the phenomenon of the crisis of incarceration in the context of different prison facilities. The theoretical part of the work will be devoted to the causes, manifestations and consequences of the crisis of imprisonment with regard to different forms of imprisonment. The practical part will be focused on researching the differences in the subjective experience of the crisis between the accused and the convicted.
