Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá onemocněním zvané Cystická fibróza. V práci jsou objasněny základní informace o této nemoci. Zaměřuje se na historii, souvislost s dědičností a patogenezi. V práci je také popsána diagnostika cystické fibrózy, projevy onemocnění a možnosti léčby. V závěru práce je uveden výskyt onemocnění a organizace, které vznikly za účelem šíření informací o cystické fibróze a pomoci pacientům …more

The bachelor thesis deals with a disease called Cystic fibrosis. The thesis explains basic information about this disease. It focuses on history, connection with heredity and pathogenesis. The paper also describes the diagnosis of cystic fibrosis, manifestations of the disease and treatment options.
