The application of modern educational methods to the financial institute

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the aplication of modern educational methods in a financial institution in general. The first chapter is aimed to define the terms according to the problematics. This means mainly human resources and their guidance. We also present the way, how the process of education works, from the identification of education necessity to the results of education evaluation. The second chaper analyses the order of steps in educational process, the way how the bank ensures the needs of employee education, creates the educational plan, ralizes it and evaluates the educational activities, which are implemented in bank branch or somewhere else. We also analyse organizational structure of bank, scope of employment in different positions, the areas and methods of education, which the bank uses, on the basis of discussion with the bank branch director. The third chapter is bringing the suggestions of e-learning and development centre on the basis of situation evaluation and system of education. We present the companies, which would implement e-learning and development centre by means of the given system and offer the course for customer assistants and managers.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa vo všeobecnosti zaoberá aplikáciou moderných metód vzdelávania vo finančnej inštitúcii. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie pojmov súvisiacich s danou problematikou. Ide najmä o ľudské zdroje a ich riadenie. Taktiež tu uvádzame ako prebieha vzdelávací proces od identifikácie potreby vzdelávania, plánu a priebehu vzdelávacieho procesu až po výsledky vyhodnotenia vzdelávania. Druhá kapitola deskriptívne opisuje postupnosť krokov pri vzdelávacom procese teda spôsob ako banka zisťuje potreby vzdelávania zamestnancov, zostavuje plán vzdelávania, zároveň ho realizuje a vyhodnocuje vzdelávacie aktivity, ktoré sa uskutočňujú na obchodnom mieste alebo mimo neho. Na základe rozhovoru s riaditeľom obchodného miesta tiež analyzujeme organizačnú štruktúru banky, náplň práce zamestnancov na jednotlivých pracovných pozíciách, oblasti a metódy vzdelávania, ktoré využíva. Tretia kapitola prináša návrhy elektronického vzdelávania na základe vyhodnotenia stavu a systému vzdelávania. Predkladáme tu spoločnosti, ktoré by e-learning a development centre implementovali prostredníctvom daného systému a zároveň navrhli kurz určený pre poradcov klienta a manažérov predaja.
