Tato diplomová práce má za cíl popsat zhodnotit právní úpravu exekuce pozastavením řidičského oprávnění v České republice. Opomenuta nezůstane ani obdobná úprava tohoto institutu na Slovensku a Polsku. Velice stručně je popsán průběh exekučního řízení a některé jeho zásady, které jsou pro tuto práci stěžejní. This diploma thesis is focused on describing and evaluating the enaetment of enforcement of decision by driver's licence in the Czech Republic. An analogous enaetment of this legal institue in Slovakia and Poland will not escape notice.
