Předmětem diplomové práce „Řízení výkonnosti dodavatelů“ je teoretické znázornění řízení vztahů s dodavateli včetně konkrétních hodnotících kritérií a rozbor současného řízení výkonnosti dodavatelů ve vybraném podniku s následným návrhem na jeho zeefektivnění.
