Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení vytváření individuálních akčních plánů jako nástroje v procesu seberealizace klienta Úřadu práce. Je vyhodnocen význam IAP, veřejná služba občanům při uplatnění na trhu práce.
Abstract:
The goal of this Bachelor´s Dissertation is to evaluate the creation of individual action plans as a tool in the process of self-realization of the Job Office client. It evaluates the importance of IAP, a public service for citizens when applying in the labour market.
