Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku kolektívneho vyjednávania, ktorého výsledkom je uzatvorenie kolektívnej zmluvy. V jednotlivých kapitolách sme popísali jeho históriu a súvislosť s medzinárodnými inštitúciami.
