Cílem této diplomové práce bylo zhodnocení efektu trénink dechových svalů v rámci předoperační rehabilitační péče u pacientů s karcinomem plic. Studie se zúčastnilo celkem 8 pacientů, kteří v období dvou týdnů před plánovaným chirurgickým zákrokem podstoupili trénink dechového svalstva s využitím nádechových a výdechových odporových trenažérů Threshold. Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the effect of respiratory muscle training as part of preoperative rehabilitation care for patients with lung cancer. A total of 8 patients took part in the study, who underwent respiratory muscle training with the use of Threshold inspiratory and expiratory resistance trainers in the period of two weeks before the planned surgical procedure.
