The purpose of this dissertation is to draw an entrepreneurial plan with the intent to increase the occupancy rate of a recreational object in Bílé Poličany. In the theoretical part, first I deal with drawing an entrepreneurial plan (importance, principles of preparation, structure), then I present a brief overview of organisations dealing with tourism.
