Abstract:
Za účelem vytvoření nového organismu je třeba, aby byla buňka přeprogramována z totipotentního stavu do specializovaného buněčného typu. Přechod buňky z totipotentního stavu je doprovázen vytvořením tzv. epigenetických vzorců. Tyto vzorce jsou utvářeny v reakci na odlišnou expresi genů. Abstract:
In order for a new organism to form, a cell is needed to be reprogrammed from a totipotent state to a specialized cell type. Conversion from totipotent state goes along with the creation of so-called epigenetic patterns. Those patterns are created in reaction to different genes expression.
