Abstract:
Tato práce se z obecného hlediska zaměřuje na problematiku menšin. V první části jsou nejprve obecně interpretovány některé významné termíny jako kultura, etnicita, rasismus a diskriminace. Poté práce seznamuje čtenáře s vývojem postavení menšin v českých zemích po druhé světové válce do současnosti a následně uvádí základní vědomosti a postřehy o 8 nejpočetnějších menšinách v České republice. This work is generaly aimed at problems of minorities. In first part there are general interpretations of some important terms as culture, ethnicity, racism and discrimination.
