Bankruptcy of the financial institutions and its specifics

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky řešení úpadku finančních institucí. Práce se nejprve obecně zabývá možnými řešeními úpadku obchodních korporací, poté si všímá a blíže rozvíjí specifika řešení úpadku finančních institucí. Dále je v práci blíže rozebrána insolvence banky, pojišťovny a podílového fondu s následným zánikem takové společnosti a srovnáním je zkoumáno zda, případně jaké rozdíly v podstatných bodech insolvence výše uvedených finančních institucí existují.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the specifics of solving the bankruptcy of financial institutions. The work first deals in general with possible so-lutions to the bankruptcy of business corporations, then notices and de-velops in more detail the specifics of solving the bankruptcy of financial institutions. Furthermore, the work discusses in more detail the insol-vency of a bank, insurance company and shared fund with the subse-quent dissolution of such a company and compares whether or what dif-ferences in the essential points of insolvency of the above financial insti-tutions exist.
