Quality of care in residential service - DOZP Horní Bříza

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku kvality péče v sociálních službách. Díky mému působení v DOZP Horní Bříza na pozici ředitele (profesní zkušenosti v privátní a i státní sociální sféře), je mimo teoretické části práce věnováno se na praktickou stránku problematiky kvality v sociálních službách. V praktické části práce je představen Domov, zhodnocení současného stavu v DOZP Horní Bříza využívání standardů kvality péče. Dotazníkové šetření proběhlo u zaměstnanců Domova, kdy výsledky jsou zpracovány. Závěr práce je věnován se doporučením, který vyplynulo ze zjištění stavu, vyhodnocení dotazníku a možnostem z praxe. Na závěr mohu říci, že jsem do organizace nastoupil v říjnu 2021 a díky této práci, jsem si mohl prakticky vyzkoušet své teoretické znalosti v praxi.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of quality of care in social services. Thanks to my work in DOZP Horní Bříza in the position of director (professional experience in the private and state social sphere), outside the theoretical part of the work is devoted to the practical side of quality issues in social services. In the practical part of the work is presented Home, evaluation of the current state in DOZP Horní Bříza use of quality standards of care. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the employees of the Home, where the results are processed. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the recommendations that resulted from the findings, evaluation of the questionnaire and opportunities from practice. In conclusion, I can say that I joined the organization in October 2021 and thanks to this work, I was able to practically test my theoretical knowledge in practice.
