Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice manuální a přístrojové kardiopulmonální resuscitace (KPR), prováděné zdravotnickými záchranáři v přednemocniční péči. Teoretická část popisuje srovnání efektivnosti KPR, dále se zaměřuje na základní a rozšířenou resuscitaci, která se opírá o dokumenty doporučené Evropsku radou pro resuscitaci vydané v roce 2010. The bachelor´s thesis deals with manual and mechanical cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) applied by paramedics in pre-hospital care. The theoretical part is concerned with the comparison of effectiveness of CPR focusing on basic and advanced resuscitation which is based on documents recommended by the European Resuscitation Council published in 2010.
