Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je zvýšení vlivu zaměstnaneckých výhod zkoumané firmy na spokojenost, oddanost a angažovanost středních manažerů. V teoretické části, která byla vypracována na základě odborné literatury a internetových zdrojů, jsem vysvětlila pojmy pracovní spokojenost, oddanost a angažovanost, jejich význam a faktory, kterými lze tyto pojmy ovlivňovat. Dále jsem se zaměřila na charakteristiku a novinky v oblasti zaměstnaneckých výhod a na dva systémy zaměstnaneckých výhod. Praktická část se skládala z představení zkoumané firmy, stanovení hypotéz a realizace vlastního výzkumu. Cílem výzkumu je na základě teoretických přístupů posoudit systém odměňování zkoumané firmy z pohledu nabízených zaměstnaneckých výhod a navrhnout možná opatření ke zvýšení jejich vlivu na spokojenost, oddanost a angažovanost středních manažerů. Při realizaci výzkumu v Komerční bance, a.s, jsem použila dvě metody. Kvantitativní výzkum byl uskutečněn pomocí metody dotazníkového šetření s nižšími středními manažery a kvalitativní výzkum byl realizován na základě rozhovoru se středním manažerem Komerční banky, a.s. Na základě výsledků výzkumu jsem v poslední kapitole navrhla vlastní zlepšení, které by mohly vést k vyšší pracovní spokojenosti, oddanosti a angažovanosti středních manažerů.

Abstract:

The topic of my thesis is to increase the impact of employee benefits on satisfaction, loyalty and commitment of middle managers in the surveyed company. In the theoretical part, that have been developed on the basis of literature and Internet sources, I have explained the concepts of job satisfaction, loyalty and commitment, their significance and the factors that can influence these terms. I have also focused on the characteristics and innovations in the field of employee benefits and on two systems of employee benefits. The practical part consisted of the introduction of the company surveyed, the determination of hypothesis and the implementation of own research. Based on theoretical approaches the target of this research is to evaluate the remuneration system of the surveyed company from the perspective of the employee benefits offered and suggest possible measures to increase their impact on satisfaction, loyalty and commitment of middle managers. In the implementation of the research at the Commercial bank, I have used two methods. The quantitative research has been carried out using the survey method with lower-middle-managers and the qualitative research conducted on the basis of the interview with middle manager of the Commercial bank. Based on the results of my research, in the last chapter I have proposed my own improvements that could lead to higher job satisfaction, loyalty and commitment of middle managers.
