Abstract:

Annotation TEREBESIOVÁ, Eva: Leasing versus Credit for assets acquisition. [Bachelor work]. Banking institute / College of Banking in Prague. Foreign College of Banská Bystrica; Department of Banking and Insurance. Bachelor work supervisor: Ing. Radoslav Tušan, PhD. The year of defense: 2012. Number of pages 51. The purpose of Bachelor‘s work is the comparison between leasing and credit in consideration of different angles and issues. The first chapter defines leasing and credit from the theoretical point of view. The second chapter is analyzing differences between leasing and credit from financial and non-financial aspects. The third chapter compares leasing and credit in practical examples of assets acquisition and demonstrates possibilities of comparison and the choice of more beneficial way of financing.

Katedra bankovníctva a poisťovníctva. Vedúci práce: Ing. Radoslav Tušan, PhD. Rok obhajoby: 2012. Počet strán 51. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnávaním leasingu a úveru pri obstarávaní majetku. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie pojmov leasing a úver z teoretického hľadiska. Druhá kapitola analyzuje rozdiely medzi leasingom a úverom z finančného a nefinančného hľadiska. Tretia kapitola na praktickom príklade porovnáva obstaranie majetku formou leasingu a formou úveru a demonštruje možné spôsoby porovnania a výberu výhodnejšieho spôsobu financovania.
