Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První je textová část s návrhem, posouzením a vyhodnocením vhodného obvodového pláště. Druhá část obsahuje projektovou dokumentaci bytového domu se šesti bytovými jednotkami s ustupujícími podlažími, která se řídí Vyhláškou 268/2009 Sb. Návrh obsahuje různé velikosti bytových jednotek včetně obměny variant dispozice. Budova je řešená jako nepodsklepená o třech nadzemních podlažích s terasou pro každý byt, z těchto teras je výhled do krajiny. Textová část je zaměřená na návrh, posouzení a vyhodnocení varianty obvodového pláště. Odvodové pláště jsou navrženy ve čtyřech variantách, jedna je ze zdiva bez dodatečného zateplení, další s dodatečným zateplením polystyrenem a minerální vatou, čtvrtou variantou je integrovaná minerální vata již v cihelném zdivu. Dále jsou v práci popsány nároky bytových domů se specifikací základních prvků s definováním konstrukčního řešení navrženého bytového domu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a text part with the design, assessment and evaluation of the appropriate envelope. The second part contains the project documentation of the apartment house with six residential units with receding levels approved by Regulation No. 268/2009 Coll. In the design different sizes of housing units including the modification of dispositions have been chosen. The building is designed as a basement with three floors and a terrace for each flat. The terraces offer the view of the countryside. The text part is focused on the design, assessment and evaluation of the appropriate variant of the envelope. The envelope is proposed in four variants. One variant is the wall without the additional insulation, another two are the additional insulation with polystyrene and mineral wool and the fourth variant is the integrated mineral wool in brickwork. Next the thesis describes the demands of the residential houses with the specification of basic elements with defining of the structural design of the proposed apartment house.
