Tématem bakalářské práce je vznik Ústavy USA. Cílem práce je přiblížení politických souvislostí vzniku tohoto historicky významného dokumentu. První kapitola je stručně věnována významným událostem americké revoluce a následnému vyhlášení nezávislosti. Druhá kapitola nám představí vznik konfederačního zřízení a jeho neúspěch. Abstract:
The theme of this thesis is the creation of the US Constitution. The goal is to approximate the political contexts of this historically important document. The first chapter is devoted to a brief major events of the American Revolution and the subsequent declaration of independence.
