The strengths and weaknesses of the business activities of the entity
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá silnými a slabými stránkami činnosti podnikatelského subjektu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky v oblasti marketingové situační analýzy, analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a SWOT analýzy. V praktické části jsou analyzovány silné a slabé stránky konkrétní výrobní firmy a vytvořena SWOT analýza.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the strenghts and weaknesses of the activities of the business entity. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with theoretical knowledges in the field of marketing situational analysis, analysis of internal and external environment and SWOT analysis.
