Abstract:
Diplomová práce „Aplikace ITIL na servisní projekty v IT“ popisuje principy ITIL využitelné pro servisní projekty a popisuje implementaci metodiky ITIL v konkrétním servisní oddělení. Z pohledu servisního oddělení jsou okomentovány konkrétní kapitoly ITIL.
Abstract:
The Thesis „ITIL Application on Service Projects in IT“ describes principles of ITIL that can be used for service projects and describes the implementation of ITIL methods in a particular service department. Comments to particular sections/chapters of ITIL from the point of view of the service department are at hand.
